20 Years of Impact: SKYGEN Recognized for Driving NADP’s Work Forward

For 20 years, SKYGEN has been an active member of the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP), an organization dedicated to advancing access to affordable, quality dental care through advocacy, research, and education. NADP is the only trade association that brings together all segments of the dental benefits industry in the U.S.  At the CONVERGE 2025 national conference, NADP presented SKYGEN with its Longevity Award. 

“SKYGEN is honored to receive the Longevity Award in recognition of our strong and long-lasting partnership with NADP,” said Steve Berryman, SKYGEN Chief Executive Officer. “So many of our dental benefits professionals have volunteered or are volunteering now with NADP’s workgroups, and it’s an opportunity for us not only to provide expertise, but also to be closely connected to our peers and be part of a community that’s passionate about improving oral health and dental benefits. This is truly a mutually beneficial relationship.”

NADP’s workgroups and commissions are comprised of dental industry professionals who volunteer to collaborate, problem-solve, and lead. SKYGEN has representatives on nearly all NADP workgroups and commissions:

NADP also honored SKYGEN Chief Marketing Officer Don Polite and Client Experience Executive Shanna Madden individually with 2025 Evelyn Ireland Volunteer Awards for outstanding service.
