SKYGEN Appoints Jason Grendahl as New Chief Client Success Officer


Menomonee Falls, Wis., October 18, 2021 – SKYGEN, the leading provider of software as a service (SaaS) and third-party administration (TPA) solutions for dental and vision benefits management, announced today that Jason Grendahl has joined the company as its Chief Client Success Officer. He will report to President Steve Berryman.

In his new role, Grendahl will strengthen and drive partnerships with current and future SKYGEN clients by aligning innovative products, services and solutions to client needs, ultimately aimed at enhancing customer success.  He will also be responsible for delivering outstanding client service and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

Grendahl joins SKYGEN with more than two decades of client service, management, and operations leadership experience including significant experience in dental and vision benefits administration. Most recently he served as vice president of relationship management for Avesis Incorporated. Prior to that, he was the vice president of client management within the Optum Payer Solutions organization. Grendahl’s career also includes operations leadership and consulting positions with Enterprise Consulting Solutions, Inc., Eco Groupe Inc., and Philips Plastics Corporation.
