Inmediata Optimizes Dental Benefits Process through Partnership with SKYGEN

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., Nov. 16, 2021SKYGEN, the leading provider of software as a service (SaaS) solutions and third-party administration (TPA) solutions for specialty benefits administration, announced today the latest addition to its client roster – Inmediata, a dental third-party administrator for health payers. Inmediata will be utilizing SKYGEN’s revolutionary Enterprise System to provide innovative solutions to the 1 million commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Dental members it serves across Puerto Rico.

Founded in 2002, Inmediata has been at the forefront in the development of innovative and secure health information systems to reduce administrative costs and improve population health. Inmediata also offers clearinghouse and practice management technology for physicians, dentists, hospitals, labs and medical schools in Puerto Rico. With SKYGEN’s Enterprise System, Inmediata will be able to easily input changes, create new plan designs and process claims on behalf of its payer clients, helping drive cost reduction and competitive advantage.

The platform helps payers automate every aspect of benefits management, from utilization management, regulatory compliance and member and provider data management to claims intake, adjudication and provider reimbursement. All of Inmediata’s payer clients will be going live on SKYGEN’s Enterprise System during 2022.
