SKYGEN's Response To COVID-19
At SKYGEN USA, we are helping our clients navigate their response to COVID-19 in a variety of ways. We are consulting with customers to rapidly implement updates based upon individual state rules and business process changes. We’re supporting increased adoption of teledentistry through rapid integration of appropriate codes via our benefits administration software platform. We are also providing assistance through emergency adjustments to authorization requirements, appeal, complaint and grievance extensions, out-of-network exceptions and credentialing changes. In addition, we are helping our partners efficiently communicate with providers and members.

CARES Act: The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was created to provide support to individuals and businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. It contains $376 billion in relief for American workers and small businesses.
Small Business Guidance & Loan Resources: In addition to traditional SBA funding programs, the CARES Act established several new temporary programs to address the COVID-19 outbreak, including:
- Paycheck Protection Program: A loan program intended to provide American small businesses with eight weeks of cash-flow assistance through 100 percent federally guaranteed loans.
- EIDL Loan Advance: Provides up to $10,000 of economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing temporary difficulties.
- SBA Express Bridge Loans: Enable small business owners that currently have a have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000.
- SBA Debt Relief: The SBA is providing a financial reprieve to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
