Company Paid Benefits
At no cost to team members, SKYGEN automatically provides eligible employees with $100,000 of Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. We also provide Short Term and Long Term Disability Benefits. Employees can purchase an additional voluntary life and AD&D policy.
SKYGEN offers a wellness program that provides different initiatives and challenges throughout the year to support our employees’ health and wellness goals.
Our dental insurance covers preventative and basic restorative at 100%, with special restorative services at a lesser percentage.
Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer Flexible Spending Accounts to allow for pre-tax dollars to be set aside for eligible expenses such as Medical and Dependent Care.
Tuition reimbursement is available for full-time team members and their Covered Dependents.
Paid Time Off
Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for paid time off (PTO) accrued during the course of the year. Hours in the PTO bank can be used for any reason.

SKYGEN has a casual work environment dress code, so jeans and other comfortable, practical clothing is allowed.
